Meet Laurel Nicholson

Laurel Nicholson is a Christian End-of-Life (Death) Doula Practitioner and Theologian. A Death Doula is a servant to the dying.  Laurel founded the Death & Resurrection Doula Training Program, the first and only Christian program in the secularly dominated Death Positive movement. Her story of healing illuminates God's power to save; a ministry of healing must speak about death. 

Real Life, Real People, Real Experiences

On the Convene Communities platform, community groups provide a space for Christians to strengthen their communities through end-of-life-centered Christian theology, end-of-life planning resources, and individual, family, and community care. Together, as the Body of Christ, Christians can lead a powerful movement to reclaim the meaning and experience of death and the hope of resurrection.
